About the Artist
Erica Peto
I am an artist and elementary school teacher in Kent School District. When I am not teaching school, I attend high school events with my 17-year-old daughter Lalie (rhymes with ukulele), travel around town with my goldendoodle Poppy in the car, and create art. From my home in Lake Tapps, Washington, I enjoy all sorts of creative activities including acrylics, watercolor, ink, scratchboard, sewing, quilting, word puzzles, and digital art. I tend to paint/draw flowers, trees, and birds. I love color and my creative philosophy is "more is more." Some of my artwork is inspired by a Creative Playthings bird puzzle I had
as a child. I wish I could say the photo below was of my actual puzzle but mine is long gone.
I bought this one relatively recently. It is missing four puzzle pieces but complete ones are very
expensive and those darn side ones always fell down too easily anyway.
